I’m originally from Tokyo and the owner of CSK Kitchen,

a Japanese catering business.
After working in banking in Tokyo and the U.S.,

I spent 20 years as a preschool teacher in San Francisco.

Wanting to share authentic Japanese sandwiches and bento,

I started my own food business and became

the owner of SAKURA Store two years ago.

My mission is to bring smiles to the people of San Francisco

through truly delicious Japanese food.
